Readers may access and download published content without subscription charges. Sharing and adaptation are governed by the licence displayed on each article, normally CC BY-NC 4.0, which permits attributed non-commercial reuse.

The journal supports the dissemination of research to educators, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and the wider public.

Free reader access is distinct from author publication charges. Any charges payable by authors are disclosed separately on the Author Fee page:
