Electronic Filing

JoEMS (Journal of Education and Management Studies) uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to support electronic submission, editorial processing, and online publication.

Published articles and their bibliographic records are organised by volume and issue and can be accessed through the journal’s Archives page:

Authors should submit manuscripts, revisions, and supporting documents through their OJS accounts so that correspondence and manuscript versions remain associated with the relevant submission. Unpublished files and review materials are treated as confidential editorial records.

Authors are encouraged to retain copies of their submitted and accepted manuscripts, supporting materials, and editorial correspondence. Published articles may also be deposited in appropriate repositories in accordance with the applicable article licence, with full citation and a link to the journal’s version of record.

The online issue archive provides access to published content; it should be distinguished from independent, long-term digital preservation.
