This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and spirituality on the performance of non-lecturer employees. The leaders in this study are managers in each type of work. The object of this research is non-lecturer employees of UNIVERSITAS KH. A. WAHAB HASBULLAH. This type of quantitative research uses panel data with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination test, the F test with a significance level of 0.05 which is processed using the spss v25 application, and the T test. The number of samples that meet the criteria for purposive sampling is 41 people. The independent variables in this study were leadership style and spirituality, the dependent variable was employee performance. The results showed that leadership style and spirituality simultaneously had a positive effect, but partially leadership style had no effect on employee performance.
