Pengaruh Budaya Religius Madrasah Terhadap Sikap Moderasi Beragama Siswa Di MAN 3 Jombang

This research is based on the phenomenon of the concept of religious moderation in madrasas. In connection with this, this study aims to determine the effect of madrasah religious culture on religious moderation attitudes at MAN 3 Jombang. This research is a quantitative research. The population and samples in this study were X and XI grade students at MAN 3 Jombang, totaling 100 people. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis using simple regression analysis techniques. This study concluded that Madrasah Religious Culture has a significant influence on the attitude of religious moderation at MAN 3 Jombang, as evidenced by the Sig value = 0.01 < α = 0.05. The correlation coefficient value (r) = 0.951 or contributes 95.1%

Almost every human activity cannot be separated from digital electronic equipment. Digital electronics is not only used for computers or smartphones, but has also spread to household appliances, vehicles, health equipment and others. One of the theories studied in the Basic Electronics Practicum which is closely related to the current development of digital technology and is used in everyday life is logic gates. Basic logic gates consist of seven types, namely AND, OR and NOT, NAND, NOR, X-OR and X-NOR logic gates. Current conditions, the Unwaha Physics Education study program does not yet have a logic gate practicum tool so students cannot carry out basic logic gate practicum. Therefore, basic logic gate practicum tools are needed and students can carry out the practicum actively. These things are the background for developing practical media with a scientific approach. This means that students must be actively involved in carrying out practicums. In order for the practicum media to be used in learning, the tool must be valid so its validity needs to be tested by experts. The validation results by material experts and media experts were declared valid and can be used in learning because the average percentage in media validation showed a value of 96.07% and the average percentage in material validation showed a value of 87.09%. Both validation results are included in the very good criteria.

The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Al-Qur'an memorization program in improving the morals of students at the Tahfidzul Qur’an Al-Hafidz Trawasan Sumobito Jombang Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research, so that researchers are directly involved during the research process. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation (a combination of descriptive data analysis and research results that emphasized the meaning of akhlakul karimah). With the implementation of an Al-Qur'an memorization program in which there are rules, such as: staying away from madzmumah (morals). despicable ones), etiquette when memorizing the Qur’an and Islamic boarding school rules and regulations that must be obeyed, so that it will direct a student to have an akhlakul karimah attitude that is in accordance with the contents of the Qur’an.

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Student Learning Achievement at MA Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang

There is another factor that is no less important in achieving success than intellectual intelligence, that factor is emotional intelligence. A person's rationality is actually guided and can even be controlled by emotions. People with good emotional skills are likely to be happy and successful in life, because they can know and deal with their feelings well so that they can focus on work and not be stressed, and they are able to read and deal effectively with other people's emotions. The purpose of this study is to determine the level and results of emotional intelligence and students' learning achievement, as well as to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and students' learning achievement at MA Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. This type of research is descriptive and inferential quantitative research with 92 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaire instruments and documentation formats. This study resulted in findings that the emotional intelligence of students is in the high category with a presentation of 76.1%, student learning achievement is in the good category with a percentage of 97.8% and there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning achievement at MA Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang.

Pengembangan Modul PAI Berbasis Nilai Keadilan Islam Wasathiyah Pada Siswa Kelas XI

The fact that radicalism has spread in education, especially in schools. Whether we realize it or not, these intolerant actions become the seeds for the emergence of radicalism, that have the potential to give rise to violence and are contrary to educational norms. One of the efforts to prevent radicalism in schools is to provide students with an understanding of the values of justice in Wasathiyah Islam. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the teaching materials developed in increasing students' interest in learning at SMAN Kabuh using research and development methods, or also known as Research and Development. Research and development methods are used to produce and test the effectiveness of these products. This development uses the development model from Gagne & Briggs which consists of 12 steps. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, the primary data are teachers in PAI subjects and class XI students, the secondary data is documentation. The results of research using pre-test and post-test questionnaires show that the product developed in the form of PAI Modules has a feasibility of 80.4%, so the teaching materials developed are very effective in increasing students' interest in PAI lessons.

Modal Auxiliary Video as Learning Media For 11th Grade of Senior High School

This research is aimed to design an English learning media, Modal Auxiliary Learning Video based on a video to facilitate the 11th Grade student of MA Al-I’dadiyyah Bahrul Ulum in learning Modal Auxiliary. In designing the Modal Auxiliary Learning Video for the 11th Grade of Senior High School, the researchers applied Research and Development (R&D) method which is including a specific research model ADDIE. The instruments which are used in collecting the data are interview and questionnaire. The result of material validation achieved 63% score percentages which means the media is worth to be tried out with revision. The media validation achieved 82% score percentages which means the media is strongly worth to be tried out with no revision after being revised and implemented on the students, the final result on the implementation stage was 95% and categorized as “Very Good” category. Based on the results above, the Modal Auxiliary Learning Video for the 11th Grade of Senior High School can be concluded as a feasible and appropriate media to be used for the 11th Grade of Senior High School in learning English, especially in the term of Modal Auxiliary.

This research was undertaken with the objective of examining the procedures involved in incorporating Islamic religious principles into fiqh education at the Abdul Hadi Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, with the aim of nurturing and developing the character of the students. The study utilized a descriptive qualitative approach, employing observation and interview methods to gather relevant data. The findings of the research indicate that the Abdul Hadi Islamic Boarding School has effectively implemented the teachings of Islamic jurisprudence, with a notable favorable impact on the intellectual and moral development of the students at Abdul Hadi Jombang.

HARISH (Happy to Read English) as Learning Media on Reading Skill for Senior High School

The aim of this research was to design reading materials for the eleventh grade students of Vocational High School TI An Najiyah Bahrul Ulum, Tambakberas, Jombang. The research used Research and Development method, the model used for designing the materials was ADDIE model that consist of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The materials designed for reading skill. The researcher focused on designing reading material for first semester. Based on data development stage, the researcher got 81,3% on material validation and got 74,2% on media validation. After the product has been validated, the researcher tried out the product to know the respond of students toward the product. The student’s responses were 88% that could be categorized as “very good’. Based on the data, it can be summarized that this application is feasible and can be applied to Senior High School Level.

This final assignment discusses the role of organizational culture, rewards and punishment in improving employee performance at BMT PETA Jombang. KSPPS BMT PETA is a sharia-based financial institution with a cooperative legal entity. This research aims to find out whether organizational culture, rewards and punishment play a role in improving performance at BMT Tambak Beras Jombang. This type of research is qualitative, the method used is descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of organizational culture that is implemented can support improving employee performance, while the rewards and punishments that are implemented also show that there is a role of reward and punishment that supports improving employee performance. There are obstacles and obstacles in developing human resources at BMT PETA caused by the company and the individuals themselves.
